  • If your item is in stock and meets the below criteria- you can exchange your item for a different colour or size.
  • If an exchange is unavailable, you can select our Shop Now feature to choose another item and we will give you an extra $10 to spend.
  • Alternatively, you can select a store credit to shop another time that is more convenient to you.

REFUNDS on all Full Price items that are not part of any Sale/Flash Sale. STORE CREDIT on all Flash Sale items that are not part of any permanent discount. Please choose carefully as SALE / FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

A Final Sale product is any product that is permanently discounted and marked final Sale. This also includes any product discounted by 30% or more.

A Sale product is any product that is not full price.

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

 

EG: The return shipping cost will be removed from your available store credit.

If you have requested an exchange, the return shipping fees will be at your expense.

Items must be returned strictly within 15 days of receiving your delivery.

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels and tags attached to be able to qualify for an exchange or store credit. 

Please take care when trying items on. Products that are returned with a smell of perfume or odours of any kind, marked/ stained with makeup or fake tan will NOT be accepted for exchange or store credit. Any items in a worn or stained condition will only be returned to the sender when the postage is paid by the sender within 7days. After this time, the items will be deemed as unwanted and offered to charity.


Items that have been permanently marked down are considered as “final Sale” and are ineligible for return (including refund, credit note or exchange ) under all circumstances. Please contact our Customer Care team If you need any assistance with finding the right size or if you have any questions on fabrication prior to committing to your purchase.

 

Items purchased on a sitewide sale or a flash sale and that are NOT marked as final sale will be eligible for an exchange. This will show up on the online return portal when you enter your order number. All ineligible items will not be highlighted.

We Quality Check all of our items thoroughly before sending them out to you, refunds will only be offered in the unlikely event that your return has been assessed by our team and deemed as faulty.

By processing your payment through our online and instore system you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our returns policy. We ask you to please have a thorough read prior to finalising your purchase with us.

  2. Select the item/s you want to exchange for a different size. Ineligible items will not be able to be selected.
  3. Select the reason you’re returning (in this case, it could be ‘not the right fit for me’).
  4. Select “exchange for a new size”.
  5. Select the new size you would like.
  6. Review your exchange details and if correct, select “Continue with return”.
  7. Print your return label or take it to your closest Australia Post branch and they can print it for you.
  8. We will send out your exchange once your original item has been received and approved by our team. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when it is sent out.

exchange for a different product

If the new item you want is more expensive than your original item:

  1. Open our ‘Online Returns Portal’. Enter your order number and your email address, then select “Start a Return.”
  2. Select the item/s you want to exchange for a different product. Ineligible items will not be able to be selected.
  3. Select the reason you’re returning.
  4. Select the button that says “Shop Now with A$??”
  5. You can scroll the current screen which is set to "Shop All" or you can select "Shop by category"
  6. Select the item you would like, including the colour and size, then select "Add to cart”
  7. Review the products that you have added to your bag. If there is a variance in the dollar amount, you will be shown the total difference owing. The $10 return shipping cost will be added to the total amount owed.
  8. Review the items you are sending back and the new items you have selected.
  9. Scroll down and review the full return summary. Enter your card details to pay the amount owing, then select "submit return"
  10. Print your return label or take it to your closest Australia Post branch and they can print it for you.
  11. We will send out your exchange once your original item has been received and approved by our team. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when it is sent out.

  3. Confirm you have the correct item selected for your return and then select "continue with return"
  4. Select the pink button “Shop Now with A$??”
  5. You can scroll the screen that you are on which is set to "Shop All" or you can select "Shop by category" and continue your search for the perfect item.
  6. Select the product you would like, including the colour and size, then select "Add to cart”
  7. Review what you have added to your cart. If there is a variance in the dollar amount, you will be shown the total difference owing. The $10 return shipping cost will be added to the total amount owed.
  8. Review the items you are sending back and the new items you have selected.

In the rare occasion that your item may have a minor fault please email the following details to our Customer Care team with your order number in the subject:

Details of the item and detailed images of the fault.

Please send these details no more than 14 days after receiving the item. Our Quality Assurance team will approve your return and give you the next step to follow.

  1. If you opt for a replacement, your replacement item will be sent out to you once the original item has been received, checked and approved for return.
  2. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the new items is on it’s way to you.
