YES: All of our sweaters are the same relaxed fit. If you Love the Freedom Sweater you will Love all of our sweaters. They are all the exact same cut. The back is very slightly longer at the back to allow for a more flattering line. Our sizing in the Sweaters is generous. If you are in between sizes we recommend sizing down. If you like an oversized look, which is how our sweaters are designed to be worn, stick to your usual size. 

Our Tee’s are all a Curved hem at the front and back and are a standard fit. If you prefer a more relaxed fit we suggest sizing up. All are made from a very soft Cotton Jersey that you will find soft on the skin and most customers comment that they love the length and the thickness of the cotton.

Orders are usually dispatched within two 1-2 business days. Providing the item(s) is not a Pre Order item.

Yes. Once the order has been sent you will receive a tracking notification with tracking details. If you do not get this email for any reason you can always email us at admin@jovie.com.au and we will gladly give you the tracking number.

If you receive an item that is just not right please email admin@jovie.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address.

Certainly. If you need to change the size, please email admin@jovie.com.au and we will gladly organise for the new size to be sent upon receipt of the wrong item and providing the size you require is in stock. Pls note: We do not hold items and do suggest that you make the purchase for the correct size as a separate transaction to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately, Shopify only allows one code to be used per transaction. EG: If you are purchasing an item that is part of a promotion, or on Sale, no further codes will work in conjunction with that purchase.
