Jovie Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Jovie pieces! Here’s how our returns work:
1. Full-Price Items & Welcome Code
If you bought an item at full price, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
If you are a first time customer and bought a full-price item using a Welcome Code? No problem — it’s treated the same way.
2. Bundle Deals
Items purchased as part of a bundle deal can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
3. Sales & Promotional Purchases
Anything purchased during a sale or with a promotional code (other than the Welcome Code) is considered a Sale item.
Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
4. How to Return
Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date shown by Australia Post.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please take care when trying on items — makeup, perfume, or stains can prevent a return.

Please note, exchanges are available for full-price items only. To avoid missing out on your preferred size or style, we recommend checking our size charts on each product page before ordering.

While we’re unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for items purchased before a sale begins, we always recommend keeping an eye out for our promotions and flash sales by subscribing to our emails and following us on Instagram and Facebook. That way you’ll be the first to know when your favourite pieces drop in price!
We completely understand it can be disappointing to see something you’ve bought go on sale, and we’re always working to give our customers plenty of chances to grab great deals when they happen.
Yes, all our crew neckline sweaters have a relaxed, oversized fit. Our Sweaters have a unique size chart available on the product description for your convenience. If you have fit questions, feel free to reach out!
For an oversized look, stick to your usual size. If you prefer a more standard fit, consider sizing down by 1 or 2 sizes based on your preference. Check out our sweater sizing video for more guidance!
We recommend washing your Jovie items on a cold, gentle/hand wash cycle and letting them air dry (no tumble drying!). Always check the care label, especially for sweaters with metallic prints, as they may have specific care instructions to ensure longevity.
Although we don’t have a Jovie store, we partner with top retailers across Australia. Contact us at hello@jovie.com.au for a list of stockists near you. We also offer Click & Collect from our Mornington warehouse. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates!
We strive to accommodate order changes if possible. However, it’s important to double-check your order before completing payment. Our warehouse aim to process orders within 24 business hours so whilst we would love to accommodate changes we cannot promise that we will get to your request before the order has been packed and sent.
When you apply a discount code [example SAVE10] to your order this will classify your order as a SALE item, which means it is eligible for a Credit Note only, it will not be eligible for a refund.
A purchase made using your Welcome Discount Code [example WELCOME10] is eligible to return for a refund.
