- Sitewide Sales: Anything bought during a sitewide sale is Final Sale — no returns, exchanges, or store credits.
- Other Sale or Promotional Purchases: Items purchased on sale, or with a gift card, are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.
Click and Collect will be closed from 24th December and reopen 6th January 2025! All orders placed for Click and Collect between these dates will be ready for you on the 6th January 2025.

Collect your online purchase at our Mornington Head Office, free of charge.
Simply select your product online and we'll pack your order within 24 business hours.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event that we can't complete your Click & Collect order, you'll receive an email notifying you of the unavailable item/s and we'll send a refund to your original payment method.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Jovie The Label occasionally offers pre-order on selected items for Australian customers. This allows customers to receive early access to our Most Wanted styles, and secure items before they arrive. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival date. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Jovie The Label’s control. You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Your items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, and we'll email you once they're on the way.
Click & Collect is not available on pre-order items. If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, they will be delivered together under the same tracking number, however this may effect the returns window of the item not on Pre Order. We do not accept cancellations of pre-orders under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure shipment of pre-orders are delivered to the correct address.
