What size should I buy in your sweaters? 

I am a new customer, how do I get my 10% off code? 

To receive your one-time 10% off code, all you need to do is sign up to our Jovie Community. You will find this on our website, scroll to the bottom and you will see an option to sign up. Once you have done that, you will receive an email with your code, and then you're good to go! 

Am I still eligible for a refund if I buy a Full Price item with my 10% off Code? 

Yes, you are most certainly still able to return, exchange, or get a refund for your order if you used the 10% off code on an item that was Full Price. If the item was on Sale and 30% off or less you are also still eligible for an exchange. 

 Do you offer a size exchange? 

If you wish to obtain a different size, we recommend purchasing the new size online, as we exclusively offer credit notes for items bought on sale. In case of uncertainty regarding the appropriate size, our support team is available for assistance through chat, email, or phone. Alternatively, you can opt to purchase two sizes and return the undesired one, receiving a credit note, unless the item is marked as Final Sale.

How do I read your size chart? 

Our size chart measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. If you are needing any more information on our sizing our customer care team are always happy to help! You can email hello@jovie.com.au or use our instant chat.

 

What is the difference between the Sadie and Sorrento pants? 

Sorrento pants: Our Sorrento Pants are our #1 BESTSELLER. They are a regular fitting casual pant with a very comfortable elastic waistband and drawstring. The ankle has a ribbed cuff. They have pockets on the sides as well as one handy back pocket for an extra element of detail. We sell out of this style fast so if you are on the fence we suggest adding to cart now!  

Sadie Pants: Our Sadie Pants are a relaxed fit. This style has pockets on the side of the pants. They have an elastic drawstring waist and elasticated ankle.

Both pants are fantastic essential wardrobe items!

 

Are all the sweaters the same fit? 

Yes, all of our crew neckline sweaters are the same fit. They are a relaxed Oversized it. What size should I order in your Crew neck sweaters? 

If you like an oversized look, stick to your usual size. If you prefer a more standard fit we suggest downsizing by 1 or 2 sizes (depending on how tailored you want the fit to be). You can check out our video reviews here:  

 

How should I wash my Jovie? 

We suggest washing your Jovie pieces on a cold gentle/hand wash cycle and allow them to air dry (do not tumble dry!) Please always read the washing instructions as some sweaters with a metallic graphic print will have a different suggestion on how to get the longest life out of your Jovie.

 

Do you have a physical shop we can browse through? 

Yes, we are fortunate enough to work with some of Australia's best retailers. Whilst all retailers buy different styles, we can certainly direct you to your nearest stockist and they will be more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect Jovie outfit that you can purchase directly from them.

I realised I ordered the wrong size after placing my order - can this be changed before you send out my order? 

Whilst we would love to be able to amend an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the order is correct before processing payment however in the instance you do order incorrectly please email our customer care team at hello@jovie.com.au and if we can update your order before it is sent we most certainly will. 

 

If I use a discount code does this make my order ineligible for refund?
