Processing & Delivery Time

For orders placed before 11am AEST (Monday-Friday), we will endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

During weekends and Public Holidays, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All JOVIE orders are hand-picked and packed with love from Melbourne, Australia.

Our location is classified as regional, therefore we cannot offer overnight delivery.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Upon dispatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email confirmations, please email our friendly Customer Care hello@jovie.com.au

Shipping Within Australia & New Zealand

  • *FREE SHIPPING for all Aus orders over AU$150
  • AU$15 flat rate shipping fee for orders under AU$150
  • 3-5 business day delivery elsewhere within Australia. New Zealand may experience slightly longer due to customs clearance.

Any item that is listed as a Pre Order will be shipped as close to the listed date as possible. The listed date is an estimate. We will endeavor to let you know if there are any major delays.
